This page contains downloads of the latest software for the iXRF
products. Many of the files on this page are password protected. To obtain the
passwords, please contact iXRF.
NOTE TO UPGRADERS/WINDOWS 7 USERS
Iridium Ultra (and EDS2008) are compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7. However, if
you have our
Model 500 interface module, the drivers
for the PCI-MCA card in your computer will operate under Windows XP and only the 32-bit
installation of Windows 7. See below for those
drivers. The PCI-MCA card driver is not
required for the
Model 550i, since the PCI-MCA card is not used.
If you are replacing your computer, be sure to copy the file "iridium.ini" from
your old computer to the new one. Once you have installed Iridium Support Files
and Iridium Ultra on your computer, rename any "iridium.ini" file on the new
computer to "iridium.ori.ini". It will be found in
C:\IXRF. Then copy the "iridium.ini" file from your old computer to the
folder C:\IXRF on your new computer. All of your
calibration and customization information is in the "iridium.ini" file, so your
new system will be ready to go.
