Detector Options
 You may have an EDS detector that you would like to use with your new system. The IXRF electronics is compatible with most EDS detectors.  Older EDS detectors can be rebuilt to the current state of the art at a lower cost than a new detector. The detector can be adapted to fit a different microscope and get a new window for light element detection.
